Job Summary

You will be responsible for providing software support, assisting customers with technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate software solutions.
- Guide customers on software features and usage.
- Analyze software-related issues and assist in basic debugging.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the development team when required.
- Record customer issues and maintain support documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing final year (BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech, BE, MCA, Diploma in Computer Science, or related field).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.




- Good knowledge of at least one programming language (such as PHP, Java, C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar).:
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, databases, and software troubleshooting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business software.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL/MySQL is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
