Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business through the broker channel to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, intermediaries, and channel partners.- Identify and onboard recent brokers to expand the distribution network.- Drive sales of General Insurance products, including Motor, Health, Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Property, and Miscellaneous Insurance.- Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and training sessions for brokers to enhance product knowledge and increase business generation.- Provide timely quotations, policy servicing, renewals, and claim support in coordination with internal teams.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure seamless customer service.- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and business performance reviews.- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, company policies, and underwriting guidelines.- Drive profitability by maintaining healthy business mix and quality of portfolio.- Participate in promotional campaigns, broker engagement programs, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.- MBA (Marketing/Finance) or equivalent qualification will be preferred.- Insurance certifications (IRDAI, III, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
