Senior Manager, Product - Payments Funds In (APAC)

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product to own the expansion and optimization of Western Union’s Funds In methods across Asia-Pacific.

This role is responsible for growing coverage of Funds In methods across APAC corridors, improving conversion and authorization rates,



while ensuring all Funds In methods meet compliance and scheme requirements. The role sits within the global Payments Product organization and works closely with Engineering, compliance, business and external partners across the region.

Responsibilities
- Own the APAC funds-in product roadmap, identifying Funds In coverage gaps by corridor and prioritizing integrations based on volume, revenue opportunity and customer demand.
- Evaluate and onboard recent Funds In methods such as local real-time rails, debit/credit card, wallets, bank transfers and digital assets.
- Define and track key Funds In performance metrics such as acceptance rates and authorization rates.
- Identify and deliver initiatives to improve conversion across the Funds In funnel.
- Partner with processors, acquirers, card networks and wallet providers to manage integration delivery and ongoing performance management.
