M Developer (Adobe Experience Manager):

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop reusable AEM Components, Templates, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
- Create and customize Sling Models, Workflows, Dialogs, and OSGi Bundles.
- Develop Core Java classes using the Maven Framework.
- Perform unit testing and develop automated test cases.
- Participate in AEM 6.5/AEMaaCS implementation and enhancement projects.
- Support migration activities from on-premise AEM to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Exposure to Local-to-Cloud Migration
- Multi-Site Management (MSM)

Required Experience:
- 4.5-6 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on AEM Sites development experience.
- Experience in 3 or more full lifecycle AEM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture and best practices.
- Ability to understand technical designs and independently implement enhancements.
