Job Summary

To design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.

Project Coordinator / Product Owner

Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and alignment with business objectives.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Coordinate with development, QA, UX, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and action items, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business expectations, and agreed acceptance criteria.

Support roadmap planning, release planning, and prioritization based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.





Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams for requirement clarification and delivery alignment.

Manage stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, Agile maturity, documentation, and team collaboration.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, product ownership, and project coordination.

Excellent understanding of SDLC, release management, requirement management, and delivery governance.

Hands-on experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, project plans, and status reports.

Solid communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar project/product mana
