Training sessions for mother’s in KMC on breastfeeding - minimum two classes a week.
- OP Responsibilities - counselling mothers who come back for the NICU follow up visits
- Complete counselling for the mothers in NICU with respect to breastfeeding
- Preterm counselling
- Should be a part of milk bank - overseeing milk donation/NICU/OP
- Milk bank pasteurisation process
- Responsible for reporting quality indicators by conducting the study/ review of various data points
- Maintaining complete documentation of the milk bank
- Taking care of preventive and corrective actions.
- Support and participate in interdisciplinary performance and quality improvement process.
- Support in evaluating effectiveness of IC practice.
- Actively participating in all required infection control audit activities in the department.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
