Lead Generation Specialist - SaaS Sales

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers across target industries.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the value of SaaS solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Track and report lead generation performance metrics.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and technology solutions.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.





Eligibility
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BBM, MBA, BE, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent).
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in lead generation, business development, or sales is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Experience in IT Services or SaaS sales.
- Hindi communication skills are an added advantage.
