About the role:
Plan and lead cross-channel performance analysis activities to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations across Search and Programmatic channels. Ensure alignment of insights with business objectives by translating data into strategic narratives, optimization roadmaps, and forward-looking recommendations for stakeholders.:
Main Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)in cross-channel performance analytics and insights generation.
- Lead cross-channel analysis across Search and Programmatic to identify optimization opportunities and risks.
- Build strategic narratives and present insight-led optimization roadmaps to Local Opella.




- Conduct deep-dive studies including competitor trends, incrementality analysis, and KPI diagnostics.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance reports to identify patterns, anomalies, and strategic signals.
- Guide reporting specialists and ensure consistent analytics alignment across regions.
- Align insights with business objectives, measurement frameworks, and campaign KPIs.
- Partner with channel specialists to translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and interpretability of performance outputs

Professional & Technical Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Ability to translate data into transparent, actionable insight narratives.
- Deep understanding of SEM and Programmatic performance levers.
