- Job Overview:
As the Manager for Sales & Marketing (Domestic Business Development), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, expand market presence, and promote our products in the domestic market. Your role will include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead the sales team and work closely with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to meet business goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Domestic Market Strategy:
- Develop and implement domestic business development strategies for our products to expand market share in targeted national regions.
- Analyse domestic market trends, economic factors, and local regulations to identify potential markets and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market conditions in domestic markets to keep the company competitive.




- Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate current business opportunities for our product in the domestic market.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including OEMs, B2B, and major clients in industries such as electrical, automotive, transformer, motor manufacturers & all others.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential customer segments.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and ensure a steady flow of orders by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
