Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, repair, and maintenance work.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, switches, sockets, wiring, lights, and other electrical equipment.
- Handle plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance work.
- Repair water leakage, taps, pipes, valves, drainage, and sanitary fittings.
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints promptly.
- Maintain and use electrical and plumbing tools safely.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards.
- Identify potential electrical or plumbing issues and take preventive action.
- Maintain basic records of repairs and maintenance work.
- Coordinate with the maintenance/administration team whenever required.




- Respond to emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as an Electrician, Plumber, or Electrician cum Plumber.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, fittings, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of plumbing systems, pipes, fittings, and drainage.
- Ability to use electrical and plumbing tools safely.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
