Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, full-time BDE Intern to work remotely and take charge of generating B2B leads and bringing new clients onboard for our software services. In addition to a base stipend, you will earn direct commission/incentives for every successful client deal you help close.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with prospects, pitch ThegradleW’s custom software services, and nurture client interest.
- Meeting Coordination:



Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos between prospects and our technical team.
- Pipeline Management: Track and maintain lead status, communication logs, and follow-ups cleanly in our CRM.
- Market Research: Identify market trends and new business niches to expand target outreach campaigns.

Compensation & Incentives
- Base Stipend: Fixed monthly stipend during the internship period.
- Per-Client Incentive: Uncapped performance bonuses/commission for every client brought onboard or deal successfully converted.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Available for Full-Time, Fully Remote work.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive personality.
- Basic understanding of software services and tech industry terminology is preferred.
