JOB DESCRIPTION:
Boutique Sales & Guest Relations:Serve and sell premium cigars efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of courtesy, hospitality, and brand alignment. Follow the correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
- Expert Product Consultation:Maintain absolute mastery over the cigar portfolio, understanding the intricate journey "from seed to smoke." Confidently suggest and pair the right cigar with a guest's food or beverage selection.
- Business Development & Market Expansion:Proactively identify potential clients, retain the existing database, and carry out regular market visits to service designated retail outlets. Monitor competitor activities and trends to continuously capture and expand market share.
- Brand Representation:Actively participate in high-end trade fairs, corporate exhibitions, and promotional events.



Impart deep product knowledge to connoisseurs and new clients alike (leveraging on boarding mentorship from experienced professionals).
- Store Operations & Merchandising:Ensure a flawless customer experience by maintaining an immaculate workstation and proper mise-en-place levels. Manage shelf stock to facilitate a smooth, systematic off-take of inventory.
- Inventory & Maintenance Management:Prepare a weekly (fortnightly) cigar release schedule. Manage general upkeep, clean all spillages instantly during operational hours and at closing, and systematically replenish general operating equipment.
- Grooming & Presentation:Uphold and maintain impeccable personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times, reflecting the luxury environment of the Fairmont and Cingari brands.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
