Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. Drive revenue growth across all India branches. Ensure achievement of sales targets through structured planning. Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets. Build strategic partnerships to increase lead generation. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Recommend new products, services, and pricing strategies.

2. Sales Team Leadership
Lead and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Consultants, and Sales Consultants. Recruit, interview, and onboard high-performing sales professionals. Set transparent KPIs for every sales employee. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions. Mentor team members to improve productivity. Build a performance-driven sales culture. Develop succession plans for future leaders. Resolve team conflicts and maintain motivation.

3. Sales Operations Management
Establish standardized sales processes across all locations.



Monitor daily sales activities and productivity. Improve lead allocation systems. Ensure CRM compliance. Maintain accurate customer records. Review daily call reports and follow-up activities. Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency. Optimize sales workflows.

4. Performance Management Monitor KPIs including Lead Generation, Contact Rate, Appointment Booking, Consultation Conversion, Sales Conversion, Revenue Achievement, Average Deal Size, Sales Cycle Duration, Client Follow-up Ratio, Individual Sales Performance, Branch-wise Performance, and Team Productivity. Prepare corrective action plans wherever required.

5. Sales Coaching & Training Design sales training programs. Develop sales scripts and consultation frameworks. Improve objection handling techniques. Conduct role-play sessions. Train teams on negotiation and closing. Develop product knowledge. Organize weekly knowledge-sharing session
