PROTECTED INDIA HI-TECH SECURITY SYSTEM is looking for a confident and professional Telecalling Executive to communicate with dealers, customers and business clients regarding CCTV cameras, surveillance products and related security solutions.:
- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.:
- Attend inbound customer enquiries professionally.:
- Explain CCTV and security products to customers.:
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.:
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.:
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.:
- Follow up on pending enquiries.:
- Build positive customer relationships.:
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.:
- Maintain professional communication at all times.:
Required Skills:




- Good communication skills in Hindi.:
- Basic English communication.:
- MS Excel and computer knowledge.:
- Positive attitude.:
- Customer handling skills.:
