Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the payroll team, leading the administration of various payroll programs to ensure full compliance with established guidelines, processes, procedures, and government requirements.
- Facilitate and lead payroll processing for multiple countries and/or regions, ensuring adds, changes, and separations are accurately reflected while maintaining current knowledge of regulatory, legal, labor law, and tax issues impacting the business.
- Provide feedback to employees and management; direct day-to-day team activities and prioritize projects, requests,



and tasks to ensure team members have clear direction on objectives and deliverables.
- Contribute to and manage an approved budget; collaborate with team members in the creation and coordination of mutual goals across payroll and finance functions.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex payroll issues; provide guidance, resolve issues as necessary, remove obstacles for the team, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and greater operational efficiency.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members through professional development activities — including performance assessments, feedback, career planning, and training — while operating as a thought leader who contributes to the overall growth and quality of the department.
