Qualifications & Skills:
- B.E/ B.Tech / Diploma in Ceramic Engineering.
- Relevant Experience: Must have working experience of 4 to 7 years in Sales and Marketing in Refractory Industry. Having handled dealer networking and sales shall be an added advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, negotiation, and strategic skills.

Your role

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-orientedand highly motivated individual to look after sales through dealer network.

Your tasks will include:
- Sales targets: Meeting sales targets for the Eastern Zone.
- Developing sales: Developing sales through dealers with existing customers and new business development.
- Building relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and dealers.
- Sales analysis: Analyzing sales statistics and trends to develop effective strategies.
- Sales budgets: Preparing sales budgets and projections.




- Customer complaints: Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Market development: Developing market development activities in the assigned area.
