Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage all marketing activities across Digital Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Campaign Management.
- Develop effective strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Plan and manage annual and monthly marketing calendars, campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources and ROI.
- Develop and execute brand campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the E-Commerce, Sales, Retail, Product, Creative, and Business Teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities,



and industry developments.
- Conduct market research and identify new business and marketing opportunities.
- Manage external agencies, media partners, influencers, and marketing vendors.
- Track and analyze key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve business and departmental objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive innovative marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and support business growth.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of brand and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Experience in campaign plan
