Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support management in HR strategy, workforce planning, and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Management.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
