Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development | Location: Nashik / On-Site

POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and converting leads into long-term clients.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of agency services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets set by management.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and service packages tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to align service offerings with client briefs and expectations.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Provide timely and accurate sales performance reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to management.
- Represent DESENO at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the agency's client base across target industries.





QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration) from a recognised university — Mandatory.
- Graduate degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BE, etc.).

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the creative agency environment or any other related field.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Prior experience in service-based selling — branding, digital marketing, social media, or related services.

Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Robust ability to build and nurture skilled relationships at a senior client level.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
