Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet residential and commercial customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Explain the benefits, features, and savings of rooftop solar systems.
- Conduct site visits with technical team when required.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update daily sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
- Coordinate with the installation team for smooth project execution.




- Attend exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns when required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (Solar, Electrical, Construction, Insurance, Banking, or Real Estate sales preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
