In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 customizations across financial modules (AP, AR, GL, INV, Fixed Assets) and service modules (Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, WIP, BOM, CRM Foundations).
- Write robust, well-documented PL/SQL code, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk collect operations, and energetic SQL, following Emerson coding standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain Oracle Forms (6i/10g) and Oracle Reports to support business process requirements across multiple teams.
- Register and manage Concurrent Programs, parameter sets, and request sets within the Concurrent Manager; debug failed concurrent requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Design and implement Oracle Workflow and AME (Approvals Management Engine) configurations for business process automation.
- Manage competing priorities across teams as a shared resource, communicating proactively on delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Conduct code reviews, participate in agile ceremonies,



and contribute to technical design discussions.
