You will partner with Digital Platform Engineering, Enterprise Security, Architecture, platform vendors and consuming product teams to create a secure, reliable and self-service path for AI workloads. - Design, build and operate the ResAI Landing Zone - a Kubernetes-native control plane for agents, MCP servers and AI workloads, including custom resources, admission control and reconciliation logic. - Operate and extend AI and MCP gateways covering model access control, model allow-listing, rate limits, budget and spend controls, cost attribution, tool entitlement, authorization, credential brokering and audit. - Implement and continuously verify platform and network security controls, including NetworkPolicy, egress control, policy-as-code, workload identity and least-privilege access aligned to EKS and AI security standards.
- Translate security control catalogues into automated compliance checks that generate evidence and can be shared across platform teams. - Instrument the platform for observability, reliability and FinOps, including traces, metrics, evaluation signals, cost tagging, SLOs, incident response and continuous improvement. - Act as the engineering counterpart to the platform vendor and adjacent platform teams, shaping system-level requirements, reviewing designs and supporting release readiness. - Mentor engineers, review designs and code, improve documentation quality and support inner-source contribution across teams
