What You'll Do
The Engineering Toolkit Squad removes tooling friction for BCG X case teams by delivering secure, scalable, and self-service engineering capabilities.



As a Global IT Platform Engineer Manager, you will bring deep technical expertise to the platforms and services that enable engineers to focus on solving complex client problems.
You will drive the organization’s AI enablement initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions, with Generative AI as a key strategic focus area. Alongside this work, you will lead complex platform initiatives, help resolve escalated technical challenges, and partner across engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to improve the reliability, security, and adoption of our developer ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive AI enablement initiatives, designing and delivering practical Generative AI solutions for engineering teams.
Lead the evolution of critical developer platforms, including GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, and Gurobi.
Evaluate emerging technologies and shape recommendations
