DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) - Job Description We are looking for a skilled DCDP to support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include food preparation, mise en place, cooking as per standard recipes, maintaining food quality and presentation, following hygiene and safety standards, minimizing wastage, managing stock, and supporting junior kitchen staff. Experience: 1-3 years preferred Location: Mumbai / Pune Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
