Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience (1+ yr in operations team management or a leadership role)
- Must have own laptop
- Willing to work from office at Chaoni, Nagpur (Near Poonam Chambers):
- 6 days Work From Office: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
- Two daily office shifts:
- 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM

- Structured weekly call reviews; strong role-play culture
