Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead and manage the creative team including designers, copywriters, and content creators.
- Create creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to develop impactful campaigns.
- Review and approve creative designs, videos, social media content, and marketing assets.
- Provide creative direction for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and offline promotions.
- Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and industry innovations.
- Work with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
