Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Guide and support junior sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or ERP software.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,



PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM/ERP software is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in laboratory equipment, medical equipment, scientific instruments, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
