Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, developing strategic partnerships, and building a strong sales pipeline across blockchain, cybersecurity, and emerging technology solutions. This role requires a consultative sales professional with experience selling complex B2B technology solutions to enterprise customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.




- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Drive predictable quarterly and annual revenue growth.

Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities across enterprise, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, government, and Web3 sectors.
- Develop relationships with C-level executives, CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, and technology leaders.
- Build strategic partnerships with system integrators, technology partners, and channel partners.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, cybersecurity events, and blockchain forums.

Solution Selling
- Understand customer business challenges and position cybersecurity and blockchain solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling solution proposals and demonstrations.
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement processes.
