Position Title: ServiceNow Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform ServiceNow development activities aligned with L2 & L3 support and delivery expectations.
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Develop, maintain, and administer ServiceNow CMDB configurations.
- Support enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
- Work on integrations and enhancements within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Utilize Nuvolo modules where applicable.
- Ensure platform stability, performance,



and compliance with organizational standards.
