Job Summary

The Senior Designer will be responsible to update and maintain portal content, technical publications, and customer resources

Key Responsibilities

Mange user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Update and maintain portal content, technical publications, and customer resources.

Collaborate with Field Support Managers, Contract Team for access control.

Collaborate with Digital Technology to support for portal enhancement.

Ensure compliance with Company & Global Trade Policies and Procedures, privacy regulations.

Skill Requirements

2 -4 years of experience in technical publications domain or similar

Solid Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tolls.
