Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to understand data processing requirements
- Develop high-performance and scalable ETL/data processing pipelines:
- Optimize batch jobs for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Handle large volume data processing, scheduling, and monitoring
- Integrate batch systems with databases, messaging systems, and REST APIs:
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines:
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies:




- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
6+ years experience in
- Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above):
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Batch:
- Experience in building ETL pipelines / batch processing systems:
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture:
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments:
- Understanding of multithreading and concurrency:
- Experience with job schedulers (Control-M, Autosys, etc.)

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Spring Boot:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP):
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ):
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra):
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of containerizat
