Learn and understand VoIP technologies, SIP protocol, and IP telephony concepts

Support the configuration of SIP extensions, trunks, IVRs, and call routing

Assist in integrating REST APIs and third-party communication platforms

Monitor VoIP systems and help troubleshoot basic telephony issues

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards

Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation activities

Learn Linux server administration, networking fundamentals, and cloud-based VoIP deployments

Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams during project execution

Continuously improve technical skills through training, self-learning, and practical assignments

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field

Recent graduates (2025/2026 pass-outs)

Basic understanding of programming concepts using Node.js, Python, or PHP

Valuable knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an advantage

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON

Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and IP Addressing

Interest in learning VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and IP Telephony

Academic projects or internships related to networking, backend development, or telecommunications

Basic exposure to Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Twilio, or WebRTC

Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage

Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
