Qualification (Any One):
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- MBA + Civil Engineering
- MBA + Any Engineering Discipline

Key Responsibilities
- Handle post-sales technical support and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Production, Sales, and R&D; teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare quality reports, site visit reports, and customer feedback reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.
- Support product demonstrations and technical presentations when required.
- Assist in root cause analysis of quality-related concerns and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi language is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction materials,



Dry Ready Mix products, Block Jointing Mortar, & other building materials.
- Understanding of quality control procedures and construction site practices.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A personal vehicle is mandatory.
- Robust technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
