We are looking for Field Sales Officers / Field Surveyors to promote awareness about various Government Welfare Schemes and reach out to eligible and interested beneficiaries in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas and interact with local residents.
- Promote awareness about PM-JAY, PM Awas Yojana, PM Mudra Yojana and other welfare schemes.
- Identify interested and potentially eligible beneficiaries.
- Collect basic beneficiary details and leads.
- Conduct field surveys and collect beneficiary information.
- Submit daily field data/reports through mobile, Google Forms or an online system.
- Maintain regular field visits and follow assigned areas.
- Achieve daily/weekly field activity and outreach targets.

Eligibility




- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and the internet.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.

Salary & Incentives

₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary and incentives may vary based on experience and performance.
