Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Operations & Efficiency
- Process Engineering:Designing, implementing, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all phases of the project lifecycle—from schematic design to construction administration.
- Resource Forecasting: Analyzing staff capacity vs. project pipeline to make informed decisions on hiring, layoffs, or subcontracting needs.

2.Strategic Leadership & Business Development
- Business Growth: lead proposal efforts (RFPs), and represent the firm in executive discussions
- Project Visioning:



Translate high-level client goals into innovative, functional, and sustainable design strategies that align with the firm's brand and quality standards
- Operational Oversight: Manage large-scale project portfolios, overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and staffing needs to ensure the firm’s profitability and operational efficiency

3. Design & Technical Excellence
- Design Direction: Lead the creative process, including conceptual design, space planning, and the curation of materials, lighting, and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
- Technical Authority: Provide oversight on complex construction documentation, ensuring strict compliance with building codes, zoning laws, sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED), and safety standards
- Quality Control: Execute rigorous design reviews to ensure that technical details and aesthetics are perfectly aligned across all project phas
