Job Description - NetSuite Project Manager (Life Sciences)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead a multi-company NetSuite implementation for Life Sciences organizations. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, governance, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful deployment of NetSuite while harmonizing business processes, master data, and operating models across entities.
The role requires robust experience in ERP transformation, post-merger integration, and NetSuite implementation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation across multiple companies.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Establish project governance framework, steering committee cadence, and executive reporting.
- Manage project budget, scope, risks, and change requests.
Business Transformation
- Drive harmonization of business processes across entities.
- Facilitate workshops to define future-state operating model aligned with Life Sciences best practices.
- Coordinate process standardization across Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management functions.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and NetSuite solution design.
Data Integration Management
- Oversee legacy system assessment and data migration strategy.
- Coordinate master data governance and cleansing activities.
- Manage integration workstreams involving third-party systems, laboratories, CRM, WMS, EDI, and reporting platforms.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary interface between client leadership, business stakeholders, implementation teams, and executive sponsors.
- Drive decision-making and issue resolution.
- Manage organizational change and user adoption activities.
Delivery Quality Assurance
- Ensure completion of solution design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and
