Detailed Job Description_

Ø Responsible for the daily management of showroom operations, overseeing the employees and their work while ensuring that the location targets are met.

Ø Coordinate daily showroom and locker opening and closing

Ø Overseeing appropriate display

Ø Ensuring shop is functional by 10 am

Ø Checking Cash book from the day before (if not covered) verifying cash/

Ø Debit and credit card payments and stock

Ø Anchor daily morning meetings

Ø End of day closure of Cash Book

Ø Interacts with the customers to share detailed information on current products and briefly understands their experience at the store about product and pricing to build a connect

Ø Shares and develops strong long-term relationship with all type customers

Ø Handling and closing customer issues

Ø Manage customer complaints and escalations

Ø Damage control due to customers walk outs due to lack of stock

Ø Managing marriage parties, High net worth and bulk purchase customers

Ø Approval of old gold valuation and discounting, discounts (club saving schemes with wedding discounts)





Ø Feedback on design range from customers to Production

Ø Any other actions items from HO

Ø Plans out and communicates the work targets section-wise for the branch (Section-wise/ chitty targets

Etc)

Ø Constantly monitors customer movements and billing during the day

Ø Performs overall inventory checks, cash balances & sales volumes

Ø Monitors the overall functioning of the store based on a procedural pattern to ensure security

Ø Manage ornaments arrival

Ø Despatch of cash to Bank

Ø Stock checks and verification of physical balance

Ø Shuffle team for stock taking

Ø Marriage party finalization

Ø Connect to HNIs, Marriage parties based on marketing inputs

Ø Accounts and rectification

Ø Approve stock replenishments from the sales team for purchase

Ø Review stock and alter requirements of designs based on market feedback

Ø Monthly General body meeting discussion targets, shortfalls
