Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month _(depending on experience and capability)_

We are looking for a responsible, active and hardworking Store Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our store, particularly earthmoving machinery spare parts and related items.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore & Inventory Management
- Handle day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
- Receive incoming spare parts and materials and verify them against purchase documents.
- Check quantity, part number, description, condition and other details of received material.
- Properly arrange and store parts at their designated locations.
- Maintain proper Store Location / Bin Location for every item.
- Ensure that every item can be easily identified and located when required.
- Maintain proper records of Stock In, Stock Out and Current Stock.
- Issue spare parts and materials against proper requisition/authorization.




- Record all material movements accurately.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Identify shortage, excess, damaged, slow-moving and non-moving items.
- Regularly check physical stock and reconcile it with system/records.
- Assist in periodic and annual physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and systematic arrangement of the store.

Earthmoving Spare Parts Knowledge

Responsibilities will include:
- Learning the names and identification of different earthmoving machinery parts.
- Understanding which part is used in which machine/model.
- Learning to identify parts physically as well as through part numbers/catalogues.
- Maintaining proper records of spare parts.
- Learning the difference between genuine, replacement and commonly used spare parts, as applicable to the company's operations.
