Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Development & Negotiation

a. Identify and evaluate new suppliers.

b. Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

2. Procurement Operations

a. Source finish pharma products, packaging, and services.

b. Ensure timely purchase order (PO) processing.

3. Quality & Compliance

a. Ensure suppliers meet company’s quality standards.

b. Maintain purchase documentation for audits.

4. Inventory Coordination

a. Monitor stock levels and minimize dead stock.

b. Collaborate with stores, QC, and accounts for accuracy.

5. Cost Optimization

a. Drive cost-saving initiatives in procurement.

b. Suggest alternative vendors for better pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in pharmacy/Supply Chain/Procurement
- 2+ years of procurement experience (pharma/chemical preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, vendor management
- Solid negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
