Position: International Sales Executive
Type: Full time, Permanent Work (No Field Work)
Location: Andheri East
Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm (2 & 4 Saturdays off)

*Job Summary*

*Key Responsibilities*
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in African and Gulf markets.
- Generate qualified leads through online platforms, industry databases, trade directories, and professional networks.
- Handle inquiries from international clients and coordinate with the Purchase Department for quotations and technical requirements.
- Follow up with the Purchase and Logistics Departments to ensure timely processing and execution of inquiries and orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, prospective customers, OEMs, and business partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close export orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and periodic sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in assigned regions.





*Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in international sales, export sales, or business development (preferred).
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in international sales may also be considered.

*Required Skills*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to persuade customers and effectively handle objections.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a passion for sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
