Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
Process, verify, and maintain vendor invoices and payment records.
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance-related activities.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage cash handling, petty cash, and daily cash transactions.
Conduct daily revenue audits and verify revenue reports.
Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management summaries.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
Support payroll processing and maintain related documentation.
Coordinate vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in ERP/Tally systems.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist during internal and external audits.




Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Certification in Accounting, Taxation, or Tally ERP will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in the Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
