Role

A Customer Support Representative handles customer queries over voice calls for international (North America) customers. The role requires excellent English communication and a skilled approach to solving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and provide support.
- Resolve customer queries politely and efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Meet quality (QA) and productivity targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic technical knowledge and customer service skills are preferred.

Salary

Freshers
- Package: ₹29,000/month
- CTC: ₹23,951
- PLI: ₹2,500
- Statutory Bonus: ₹2,548

Experienced
- Package: ₹30,000/month
- CTC: ₹24,410
- PLI: ₹3,000
- Statutory Bonus:

Note: PLI is paid after training based on attendance, login hours, quality (QA), and customer satisfaction (CSAT/DSAT). work Schedule
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational week offs.
- Majorly night shifts.
- 10-hour shift (including a 1-hour break).
- Cab facility for eligible night shifts.
- No leave allowed during the first 3 months (except weekly offs).
- 10 days free accommodation (dual occupancy).
- One-way bus/train/flight ticket reimbursement.
- Relocation bonus up to ₹10,000 (not applicable for rehires).
- Can communicate confidently in English.
