Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and assist them with their product requirements.
- Handle sales of fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, seeds, organic products, and other agricultural inputs.
- Explain basic product information to customers and farmers.
- Maintain shop stock and arrange products properly.
- Prepare bills and maintain basic sales records.
- Visit nearby farmers when required for product promotion and customer follow-up.
- Build positive relationships with farmers and regular customers.
- Collect customer/farmer requirements and feedback.
- Support local marketing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the shop.

Eligibility:
- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of computers is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.




- Should be interested in learning about agricultural products and interacting with farmers.

Salary: ₹12,000-₹18,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and skills.

Important: This is a basic shop sales and field-support role. We are open to hiring fresh graduates who are willing to learn and grow with the business.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
