Hiring: Internal Audit & Accounts Executive

Ajit Delights Private Limited, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a detail-oriented Internal Audit & Accounts Executive primarily responsible for stock and inventory internal audits to ensure accuracy, control, and adherence to company processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of inventory, stock movements, and operational processes.
- Verify physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor compliance with inventory management policies and internal controls.
- Perform regular audits at warehouses, stores, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
- Prepare audit reports and highlight observations, variances, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Dispatch, and Sales teams to ensure process adherence.




- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen inventory controls.
- Maintain audit records and support management with periodic MIS reports.
- Assist in implementing effective stock control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
✔ 2-4 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the FMCG industry.
✔ Robust understanding of inventory management and stock control processes.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
✔ Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Willingness to travel for plant, warehouse, and branch audits, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
