Job Description:
Manage the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.

Coordinate facility inspections and audits.

Manage facility-related budgets and control operational costs.

Supervise facility staff, contractors, and service providers

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.

Plan and oversee office moves, renovations, and space utilization projects.





Respond to facility emergencies and implement contingency plans.

Monitor utility usage and implement sustainability initiatives.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance requirements.
