Preparation, issuance, review, revision, and archival of controlled documents such as SOPs, Specifications, Formats, and Work Instructions.
- Maintenance of the Document Master List and revision history records.
- Review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for completeness and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintenance of training records, training matrices, and employee training files.
- Preparation and maintenance of Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, and Non-Conformance (NCR) documentation.
- Updating and maintaining quality logs and registers, including document issuance, deviations, CAPA, change controls, complaints, and audits.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
