If you are a Senior Application Developerwith strong Salesforce platform expertise, this role offers the prospect to design and build enterprise-grade CRM and customer-facing solutions, including Knowledge Management, Case Management, client entitlement workflows, and Code Redemption for a global automation technology leader. You will deliver across the Salesforce platform (Visualforce, Apex, Flows, SOQL) while leveraging Oracle Database and JavaScript/REST integrations to connect CRM data with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Database backends, ensuring reliable, performant data exchange across enterprise systems.
- Write optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL queries to support reporting, data migration, and integration use cases across the T1 platform portfolio.
- Design and implement Knowledge Article structures and Case Management configurations to improve support workflows and self-service resolution rates.




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Salesforce and Oracle DB layers, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, and QA to translate business requirements into well-designed Salesforce and database solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD delivery practices using Azure DevOps.
