Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department with recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, HR operations, and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to learn corporate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring
- Screen resumes from job portals.
- Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.

Employee Onboarding
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare employee files and onboarding checklists.
- Assist in issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other HR documents.
- Support induction and orientation for new employees.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Update employee master sheets and attendance records.




- Assist in maintaining leave and attendance data.
- Ensure all employee documents are properly filed.

Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support birthday celebrations, events, and recognition programs.
- Help in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback.

HR Administration
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good organizational and time management skills
