Quality Engineer JD

LOCATION :Gandhidham [kandla]

QULIFICATION : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Plastics, Mechanical, Production or Polymer Engineering.

EXEPIRIENCE :2-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in the plastics manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience in injection moulding and/or extrusion blow moulding is mandatory.

WORK PROFILE
- Manage incoming, in-process & final quality inspection of plastic products.
- Monitor injection moulding & extrusion blow moulding processes and defects.
- Conduct RCA, CAPA & 7 QC Tools for quality issues and rejections.
- Maintain quality records, SOPs,



checklists & inspection reports.
- Coordinate with Production & Maintenance to reduce rejection and rework.
- Handle raw material inspection, calibration & process audits.
- Support current product/mould trials and process validation.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and customer complaint resolution
