Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Research target industries, companies, and key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client challenges and recommend value-driven solutions.




- Ensure a smooth transition of closed projects to the operations or delivery team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.

Market Research & Collaboration
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Share customer insights and market feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Participate in sales meetings, strategy discussions, and performance reviews.

Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Track KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue performance.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales documentation.

Required Experience
- 5-9 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in service-based industries such as IT Services, Outsourcing, Digital Marketing
